The Long and Strenuous Psychoanalysis of holden Caulfield

                                                       THE NEW PATIENT: Holden Caulfield

I am very interested in my new patient, Holden Caulfield. His initial physical appearance is fairly decent he keeps him-self clean, and he always wears a red hunting hat. This concerns me because possibly could have Over Compulsive Disorder, or could wear it to cover up insecurity’s.

 

 Holden was also constantly asking if he could smoke in the office or take a break to have a cigarette this also concerned me. He was constantly playing with his hat and asking for a cigarette both can be a way to get out of the psychoanalysis process, the hat and cigarettes allerted me. I will find out what these have emotionally connected to him.
